POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for managing marketing/sales strategies, programs, and initiatives for Factory Automation Group.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)
Communication and Reporting. 15.0----Interact with all levels of management and employees on an ongoing basis
to gather information, discuss/resolve issues, and present reports and recommendations.
Technical Information. 15.0----Provide technical information to customers.
Marketing Plan. 10.0----Plan the marketing mix and marketing effort supporting the Company mission and
strategy. Includes establishment of targets for the control of marketing functions on both a long and short range
basis.
Sales Forecasting. 15.0----Gather details and prepare base data packages. Compile base data from several
sources. Analyze and formulate quarterly and annual forecasts.
New Product Development to the Customer. 10.0----Interact with customers throughout the product development
and introductions process.
Sales Planning. 15.0----Plan and/or implement sales strategies.
Order Monitoring. 5.0----Monitor and verify the status of customer order.
Quotation Requests. 10.0----Respond to customer inquiries for product price quotations.
Credit Administration. 5.0----Develop and/or maintain credit policies for customers. Includes reviewing specific
credit cases where Company policy either doesn' t apply or an exception is requested.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor' s Degree (four year college or technical school) Required, Field of
Study: Electrical Engineering or Automation
Engineering degree required. Preferrably Mechanical Engineering or
Automation.: Required
Experience: 3 to 5 years related experience in semiconductor automation
