My client is an Internet technology company built on the belief that everyone deserves to be safe. We were launched out of renowned Y-Combinator and have built technology that protects thousands of people every day by providing same-day and scheduled security services & guards to companies and organizations around the country - such as Spotify, Y-Combinator, AdRoll, Weebly, Zendesk, and Optimizely. Like other disruptive new economy companies such as Uber, Airbnb, Zenefits have done, we' re revolutionizing an entire traditional industry that is too inflexible to handle today' s challenges in a fast paced, software/technology and mobility driven world.



We' re looking for experienced, ambitious, and hungry Sales Executives to contribute to our growth. We like people who are excited and passionate about the opportunity to disrupt and take over the archaic security industry, while working with brilliant, smart & fun people and creative minds.


What you' ll do:

  • Accelerate our growth in our mid-market enterprise, business and company office segment.

  • Lead discovery & qualification conversations and manage a pipeline of leads, target companies and deal opportunities from start to close.

  • Gather intelligence and manage deal dynamics - client requirements, decision criteria, roadblocks, timeline, budget, and competitors. Do quotes, pricing assist and negotiate deals.

  • Build rapport and cultivate lasting business relationships with prospects through consultative sales tactics, skillful negotiations and objection handling techniques.

  • Collaborate with other sales functions and cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, Operations and smoothly transition newly acquired customers over to our Account Management team.

  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals

  • Meet assigned other Key Performance Indicators/deal activity metrics: Including number of closed deals, demos/meetings with qualified opportunities (> 8-10 per week), and calls (> 20-30/day) and emails with target companies

What you' ll need:

  • Minimum business development, account executive and deal closing experience of 2-3 years, ideally in an enterprise/B2B role at a technology, Internet, physical security, media or consumer company.

  • You love talking to people, networking, chasing and closing deals. You excel with positive and energetic communications & phone skills and excellent presentation and negotiations skills.

  • You are highly experienced in carrying (and crushing!) a quota.

  • You thrive in an ever-evolving environment, are not afraid of long hours, and are able to handle multiple deals & prospects with a positive, go-getter attitude.

  • You are proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel/Sheets, Google Apps, PowerPoint/Google Slides and CRM tools.

  • You are able to work with minimal supervision; have exceptional time management, organizational and follow-up skills combined with strong attention to detail.
  • A graduate of a four-year university
