We are looking for an Account Manager who provides value. Someone who can earn more business while building a professional relationship with their client. In this role, you will be challenged to grow your accounts while providing exquisite customer service. Are you ready to take your account management experience to the next level?

The Account Manager will:
  • Grow their accounts while providing excellent customer service
  • Carry the client through the entire onboarding/account management process, including: implementation, onboarding, customer retention, account management, and ongoing customer support
  • Drive customer success outcomes by increasing renewal rates and reducing customer fall-offs
  • Identify and capitalize on added value opportunities
  • Collaborate on continuous process improvement for client

Requirements:
-1 year as a Customer Success/Account Manager in the Software space
-Excellent customer service, communication, implementation, and selling skills
-Bachelor' s Degree
