Electrical Engineer/Program Manager
Ensures implementation of projects in compliance with all related processes to achieve targets (cost, timing,
deliverables) and customer satisfaction. Control projects with medium commercial and technical complexity. Managing
customer relationship during sales and project execution. Leads multiple programs with teams in multiple locations.

Program Control 20.0 Ensure implementation of projects in compliance with all related processes to achieve
targets and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationships. 20.0 Maintain customer relationships by interfacing with customer staff (engineering,
purchasing, etc.) on a regional basis.
Technical Information. 20.0 Provide technical information to customers.
Meeting Preparation/Organization Meetings. 5.0 Prepare for participation in internal meetings. Attend staff,
department, or unit committee meetings.
Pricing Inquiries. 10.0 Respond to inquiries from Company and customer personnel regarding pricing issues.
Sales Planning. 5.0 Plan and/or implement sales strategies.
Proposal Preparation. 5.0 Prepare customer proposals other than sales tools.
Product Quality Issues. 10.0 Work with customer engineering staff to address product quality issues. Entering
Quality information into various information systems
Quality Reports 5.0 Report to management quality issues and claim details.
