Sell state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly equipment that saves clients up to 40% on energy bills and helps investors and business owners maximize their returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify leads via phone, email, and in-person
  • Schedule and track sales appointments and activities
  • Promote products/services to new and existing customers
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers
  • Close sales with exceptional customer service and salesmanship
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective sales closing
  • Source and develop client referrals
  • Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales, providing biweekly updates
  • Meet or exceed monthly/yearly sales goals
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-5 years of sales experience with a successful track record
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
  • Valid driver s license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and reliable personal vehicle

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $65, 000 - $85, 000 base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Minimum first-year earnings of $120, 000-$150, 000 at minimum quota
  • Guaranteed commissions for the first six months
  • $500/month car allowance
  • Company credit card for client entertainment and expenses
  • Full benefits package including 401(k) retirement plan
