We are currently searching for an Account Executive in the
POSITION SUMMARY

Responsibilities include maintaining account base, developing new business with existing customers, increasing sales by developing new accounts, providing market/technology trends to internal corporate factories, and managing sales strategy and expenses.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Selling. 20% Meet with or in other ways communicate with customers towards the end of selling Company products.

Customer Relationships. 20% Maintain customer relationships by interfacing with customer staff (engineering, purchasing, etc.) on a regional basis.

Technical Information. 20% Provide technical information to customers.



Travel Time. 5% Time spent traveling to meetings or for other purposes. Does not include commuting between work and home.

Proposal Preparation. 5% Prepare customer proposals other than sales tools.

Product Quality Issues. 5% Work with customer engineering staff to address product quality issues.

Customer Entertainment. 5% Entertain customers in order to maintain/enhance client relationships.

Sales Planning. 5% Plan and/or implement sales strategies.

Meeting Preparation/Organization Meeting. 5% Prepare for participation in internal meetings. - Attend staff, departmental or unit committee meetings.

Pricing Inquires. 10% Respond to inquiries from Company and customer personnel regarding pricing issues.

Education - Bachelors Degree -- Prefer a BSEE

Experience - 2-3 years related experience. Prefer selling electronics or selling to manufacturing companies.
