They are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager with minimum 5 years' working experience in marketing, branding, or business development in Direct Selling/Multilevel Marketing Industry. As an essential part of our Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to put your skills to use from day one. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional judgment and problem-solving skills to proactively resolve issues and rapidly respond to issues with little to no disruption to processes.




Responsibilities and Duties:

Take a leadership role, be a major part of the company rebranding project

Responsible for marketing and promotion planning to ensure sales growth

Develop sales strategies and business plans to optimize sales capacity and effectiveness

Develop product research and sales materials/scripts for our distributors to enhance their professionalism

Work closely with both internal and external departments to meet with customers' requirements

Plan and manage large scale events and work with internal and external resources to provide the best service and experience to clients and customers

Demonstrate the understanding of and the ability to create customer / market needs of different product lines. Able to generate new prospects and manage qualified leads

Conduct marketing research to validate market needs for each product

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor s Degree or above

5+ years experience in marketing or related field in Direct Selling/Multilevel Marketing Industry

Able to drive the teams to achieve targets with good leadership and strong execution capabilities

Ability to develop and implement a branding and marketing plan

Able to plan and organize large scale convention

Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to develop strong business relationships

Good presentation and problem-solving skill.

Good relationship building technique and customer servicing mindset

Passionate, creative, highly analytical & independent, target-oriented, outgoing and well-organized
