We are searching for a CNC Programmer to develop programs that control machining or processing of metal parts by automatic machine tools, equipment, or systems.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Determining the sequence of machine operations, selecting the proper cutting tools needed to machine work pieces into appropriate shapes.
Revising programs/tapes to eliminate errors & retesting programs to ensure they ve been fixed.
Analyzing job orders, drawings, blueprints, specifications and design data to calculate dimensions, tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates
Determining reference points, machine cutting paths or hole locations, and computing angular and linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures.
Observing machine trial runs or conducting computer simulations to ensure programs and machinery will function properly
Comparing programs or computer printouts with original part specifications and blueprints to verify accuracy
Writing programs in language of a machine s controller or on CAM system and store programs on company network drives

Knowledge of machines & tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications
Ability to draw using AutoCAD or SolidWorks software
Knowledge of G & M codes to write computer programs for CNC equipment
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, & principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
Previous or current experience as a Machinist or Programmer
-Control based programming conversation and/or G&M Code
-CAD Experience 2D and Solid Molding
