Our client, an award-winning company in the commercial/ industrial energy solutions space, is hiring a CRM Expert/ Salesforce Administrator to work out of the company headquarters in Vancouver, WA. Manages and maintains custom tabs, validation rules, and approval processes for automating business logic.
Develops various custom reports for different business user levels.
Organizes and categorizes over 500, 000 records for easy flow and access within Salesforce.
Customizes Salesforce fields, dashboards, page layouts, record types, and reports.
Manages data feeds, data imports, and other integrations.
Coordinates the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
Assists in training of new users, and grows the CRM skill set across the organization.
Works independently with members of the user community to define, document, develop, and implement the requirements.
Designs and integrates business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications.
Collaborates with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement CRM solutions.
Develops and maintains a platform roadmap. Customizes the system to meet the business needs of the company.
Creates analytics data per internal requirements using standard and advanced tools.
Establishes and modifies business rules and workflows and facilitate proper testing and documentation.
Works closely with managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics, and delivers actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
Creates and maintains rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.
Provides CRM administration and operational support including user and security management, hierarchies, roles, lead import and management, view creation and administration.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Education & Experience:
Associate' s degree from college or technical school, or Bachelor s Degree from four-year college or university, or two to five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working as a CRM administrator, preferred.
Salesforce Developer Certification (401 and 501) and Salesforce Administrator Certification, preferred.
