-$110, 000-$120, 000-$130, 000 Base Salary (may go higher with Medical or Dental Sales experience) + Commission $80, 000-$90, 000>(No Cap' s) + Annual Bonus + Car Allowance & a very comprehensive benefits package.
-BA/BS Degree - MBA a plus.
-2 years-5+ years of successful Sales Management experience from the Medical, Dental or Business-to-Business sales organizations (i.E. Payroll services; uniform rental services; facility services; office products/supplies; logistic services; packaging products; waste management services; Rental Car Companies).
-A strong track record of success that can be showcased during the interview process including President' s Club Awards; Promotions; and Promoting Rep' s internally.
-Stability - 2 positions in 5 years or 3 positions in 8 years.
