Dynamic, industry leading client in the industrial engineering space looking for a results-oriented, customer-centric sales representative.
  • Build customer relationships and convert interest into revenue opportunities.
  • Learn multiple product lines/specs to help drive sales.
  • Improve customer retention and utilize available data to create new sales opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, questions and concerns by phone/email/chat.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity/results reports.
  • Oversee optimization of customer service platform (Zen Desk).
  • Maintain knowledge of software and advancements.

  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to direct customers towards mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Curiosity in learning mechanical engineering solutions.
  • Ability to retain product knowledge.
  • Ability to handle objections, selling, and closing.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Efficient, fast and accurate work.
  • Team player that can work cross-functionally.

Required Experience:
  • B2B/B2C sales experience.
  • Customer service lead for an Ecommerce channel.
  • Experience providing exceptional service to customers over the phone/through email & chat.
  • Training in dealing with customer issues.
