Entry Level - Project Manager

Project Manager is responsible and accountable for:
Effective implementation and management of web-to-print portals and programs
Learning/understanding what the Company s web-to-print platform can or cannot do and applying it to customers marketing business concepts and strategies
Owning the entire lifecycle from forecasting, scheduling, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Ongoing customer service in regards to both systems and daily operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:
v Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
v Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
v Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
v Ensure resource availability and allocation
v Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
v Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
v Report and escalate to management as needed
v Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
v Perform risk management to minimize project risks
v Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
v Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Min - 4 years experience in project management of web based programs
Technical competence Familiarity with Project Management tools for tracking and reporting on project, task, and resource status
Experience in printing or graphic arts industries.
B.A. In Graphic Arts Communication, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
