Performance Management (PM) & HRIS Analyst

PM & HRIS Analyst plays an integral role in our Human Resources department. PM & HRIS Analyst designs, establishes, and administers our unique and competitive compensation structure and management of critical people data, which ultimately reinforces Pay for Performance Philosophy. A successful candidate demonstrates strong attention to details, critical thinking, analytical skills, and, as a HR business partner, the initiative to translate business objectives of our company and Corporate Philosophy into human resource capabilities

Principal duties and tasks

Accurately administer our pay programs, particularly strategic variable pay programs (e.G., sales incentives, awards and bonuses, etc.) and our performance management processes

Accurately manage and reflect all aspects of people and organization related data changes in our HRIS systems (e.G., new hire, separation, promotion, transfers, organization restructuring, etc.) to ensure data integrity

Analyze market trends in compensation and performance management best practice, ensuring to maximize compensation competitiveness, employee engagement, as well as internal equity and fairness

Design and develop innovate structure, guideline, and policy around performance management and compensation to align with business objectives and reinforce our Corporate Philosophy

Support and build strong business partnerships with internal clients (e.G., employees, managers, business functions) and effectively manage external vendor

Ensure compliance of performance management, compensation and HRIS structure, programs, and/or processes with federal, state, and local government regulations and laws

Identifies and implements essential improvements to our performance management, compensation, and HRIS structure, programs, and/or processes to eliminate business risk and increase the overall company s business performance

Facilitates and manages multiple cross functional projects while fulfilling day-to-day responsibilities

Collaborates with other Human Resources team members and other departments on a daily basis to improve HR functions including, but not limited to; talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, employee relations, total rewards, system administrators

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or any related field

Ability to efficiently function in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Critical thinking skills to identify underlying principles and objectives behind current processes and policies and continuously improve them

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; Ability to establish and sustain effective interpersonal relationship and partnership with employees and management

Demonstrate organization, time management and prioritization skills to complete tasks in a timely manner

Ability to thoroughly and purposefully document, and maintain information and processes

High Integrity the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Knowledge on current employment laws and regulations

Project and Change Management Skills

Competent with Microsoft Excel and Office. Advance knowledge such as Excel Macro etc. Is preferred.
