Entry Level Sales up to $90K!
My exclusive global client works with Fortune 1000 clients to provide their employees with industry-leading Employee Reward & Recognition Products and Programs. Their platform integrates social, performance, career achievement, wellness, safety, and other programs together in the cloud. Smart, intuitive, useful, fun, social, mobile, and effective only begin to describe the platform.
The role is responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing an account entry strategy, developing relationships and understanding the customer s critical business strategies, then working with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute a solution to achieve the customer s business objectives.
- 0-2 years of sales experience.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently map out a territory, and set qualified meetings on a weekly basis.
- Self-motivated results-driven business person, who understands long sales cycles.
- High level of technical proficiency, including an understanding of SaaS, Salesforce.Com, HRIS, and more.
Experience selling in a WebEx, GoToMeeting or a Slideshare sales environment.
Base salary is $40-60K, plus commission tied to fiscal year revenue production and profitability. Compensation package also includes health benefits, retirement plan, an in-house concierge, tickets to sold out events, in-office drinks every week, healthy snacks daily, etc.
Base Salary and commission. OTE 1st year income is $70K-$90K+. Compensation is not capped and is based on performance. Top producers in the company with several years of experience = $200K-$400K+
