I am currently recruiting for a well-established company that is looking for an Executive Operations Assistant to oversee the Bay Area locations (El Cerrito HQ). Spanish fluency required.




My client is looking for someone humble and passionate enough about people to enjoy working with employees. They want someone who can take initiative and eager to implement new ideas to improve operational efficiency.




In this role, you will wear multiple hats from performance analysis, project management, recruiting, compliance administration, to employee development. You will have the opportunity to directly support the HR Manager and Operations Director in enhancing the organization' s policies and strategy.
