Job Description

We are looking to hire an Executive Recruiter in April for our Walnut Creek office!

Location: We are in downtown Walnut Creek which is an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, fun, food, bars, etc. The view out of our 6 floor building overlooks Mt. Diablo and is beautiful although we are normally too busy to stare.

Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions (average 1st year income $55K-$60K/2nd year is $70K+)

What you get to do:
  • Speak with VPs, Directors and Hiring Leaders within Fortune 1000 companies and VC funded start-ups to consult with them on their hiring needs and process
  • Actively search and build relationships with prospective partners to develop new business
  • Utilize innovative sourcing tools to find both active and passive candidates
  • Engage with candidates nationwide, conduct thorough interviews and determine which candidates best match with client needs
  • Coach candidates and guide through interview process
  • Manage full cycle interview process including final negotiations leading towards offer acceptance

Desired Skills & Experience:

BA/BS is strongly preferred

6 months-4 years of sales, marketing, recruiting, retail, or hospitality experience

Must have strong time management skills and ability to multitask while maintaining focus and disciplined
