Join this progressive & innovative company has their next Recruiter to join their collaborative team. In this inside sales role, you will be working with candidates primarily in the D.C./Baltimore/Virginia area in placing them in the Information Technology fields.
The openings are due to expansion! This client has recently added 2, 500 square footage in their Baltimore SW suburb office and is looking to hire up to 10 Recruiters by the end of 2019. This is the third office space expansion since 2005.

-$30, 000-$35, 000 Base Salary (Can go into $40, 000-$45, 000 range with industry experience) + Monthly Commission (No Caps) + Monthly Bonus - Can earn up to $750, 00 per month - 1st year Realistic Earnings - $45, 000-$50, 000> $60, 000-$70, 000> earnings in year #2.

-BA/BS Degree - Activities on Campus, especially in a leadership capactity. NCAA Sports. Working through college to finance education. Sales Internships a plus.
-Will look at candidates with (1) 6 months-3 years of Recruiting Experience, (2) Candidates with Sales Experience (Inside or Outside Sales); (3) Business/Retail Experience (4) Spring 2019 Graduates.
