We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Account Executive for an investor-backed Employee Engagement and Performance Management software company based out of St. Louis. The company has partnerships with ADP, Oracle, Google, and Slack. Some of their customers include Experian, Smashfly, Clicksoftware, as well as many others. The product is simple, yet flexible & powerful enough to work with fast-growing companies of all sizes.
What you would do: Develop a book of business through prospecting Small-to-Medium Businesses and drive sales to assist in expanding the North American market. This would be achieved through following up on leads, building and managing client relationships, educating prospective customers, and closing sales. Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure, with the first year on target earnings around $60K.
Reach out to prospective clients and cultivate relationships by leveraging existing customers
Handle the full sales cycle from cold calling prospective clients to conducting web demonstrations to close of the sale.
Possess an in-depth knowledge at all times of your market trends, competitor activity, and budgetary constraints to better help you manage your book of business
Successfully deliver webinars to potential clients
Bachelor' s Degree in Business related field
A fast learner, willing to take on the challenge of learning many different challenges
Experience in B2B new business prospecting in Tech, SaaS, or HR services
Proven ability to develop relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels of seniority
Ability to work on own initiative and creative ability to solve problems
Strong work ethic with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm
