Inside Sales Manager

Function: Enterprise Account Executive / Strategic Account Executive Job Number: JN -042019-7139

As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of our continued success by driving revenue from a team of sales representatives whose responsibilities include both lead conversion and outbound selling. You will report to the Vice President, Sales and Marketing.



Primary Responsibilities include:

Manage and coach a team of 6 inside sales representatives to established sales goals and quotas

Set and track annual, monthly, weekly and daily sales targets

Report on sales metrics (pipelines, activity, closed-deals) and coach improvements, including monitoring phone calls

Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

Consult with marketing on lead generation efforts and automated outreach programs

Constantly research and uncover methods to increase customer engagement, including the accurate capturing of customer data

Constantly assess staffing levels and potential needs for new hires

Provide coaching and training for the sales reps as needed

Evaluate and implement improvements to the sales administration process

Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met

Liaise with Marketing, Customer Service and Product Development/Merchandising as necessary

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Inside sales manager

Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office

In-depth understanding of the sales administration process

Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
