in the commercial/ industrial energy solutions space, is hiring a Marketing
Coordinator to oversee marketing initiatives and ultimately build out
marketing department at company headquarters in Vancouver, WA.

This position is responsible for planning and directing marketing of the
organization s products and services by performing the following duties:
strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long
range, to support sales and revenue objectives of organization.
analyze and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize
on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
build out Marketing Department through direct supervision of marketing team (interviewing, hiring, and training
employees; planning, assigning, and directing work).
Develops and manages marketing operating budget.
Plans and executes on advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, social media, and direct mail.
Evaluates and recommends distribution channel development programs.
Negotiates contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers.
Serves as liaison with outside agencies on ongoing promotional campaigns.
Takes the lead on the development and production of promotional and collateral materials.
Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
Maintains customer database and approves the use of internal and external mailing lists.
Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
Monitors competitive products and marketing activities.
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.
Resolves conflicts and facilitates changes in structure of marketing group to ensure objective fulfillment and swift response to marketing problems and opportunities.
Conducts marketing surveys on current and new product concepts, and provides feedback for future product development.
Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
Provides post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs.
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Ultimately build out Marketing Department through direct supervision of marketing team (interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work).
Minimum five years related experience
Previous experience with campaign management, content creation, graphic design, and social media marketing
Bachelor s degree or equivalent
