Account Executive: Cloud based data analytics




Our client is seeking a technically savvy, hands-on Account Executive to conquer the Mid-Market space out of their Redwood City office. Do you consider yourself a hunter? If you re an experienced salesperson who loves technology and would rather embrace complex deals than just hitting a certain number of transactions per quarter, then this is where you need to be! Responsibilities:



  • Target and sell to a defined geographic territory
  • Prospect and generate new leads to maintain a full sales pipeline
  • Close and process all prospects, managing an end-to-end sales lifecycle
  • Create and deliver accurate sales forecasts
  • Perform product demos for prospects and customers using web tools
  • Hunt and generate new business




Requirements:



  • One or more years of B2B sales experience in on-demand/SaaS or IT Infrastructure Management Solutions
  • Experience hunting prospects and owning a sales pipeline from cold call to close
  • Passionate about Technology
  • History selling to IT Operations, Security, DevOps, or related tech audience
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Hands on experience with SalesForce is preferred
  • Great communication and teamwork skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors Degree in Economics, Math, Finance, or similar




Compensation:



  • $55, 000 - $80, 000 base salary, commensurate with experience
  • On Target Earnings: $110, 000-$160, 000 depending on experience (uncapped commission)
