Our client s core business is to develop and produce sensors & controls for industrial automation and process applications. Products include temperature sensors, flow sensors, pressure sensors, vision sensors, position sensors, and motion control sensors. Customers are world-wide in industries ranging from Automotive to Food Processing. They offer a fast paced and collaborative work environment.

Position Description
  • Maximize territory sales
  • Knowledge of mobile hydraulic and electronic controls a plus
  • Identify and qualify key prospect accounts for potential opportunities
  • Discuss with customers their controls architecture and various IoT technologies
  • Negotiate with customers to achieve a good balance between products and services offered profitably and competitively.
  • Customize sales presentations based on audience background and area of interest.
  • Provide on-site support to customers during startup and implementation of a project. Conduct training seminars for contacts that are associated with the project.

  • 4-10+ years: Related Technical Sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor s Degree in an Engineering discipline preferred
  • Demonstrated experience growing direct sales (@ OEM customers preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills
