Project Support Manager
Our client, an award-winning company in the commercial/ industrial energy solutions space, is hiring a Project Support Manager for their corporate headquarters in Vancouver, WA.

This Project Support Manager position is responsible for managing processes as well as for providing administrative and logistics support to the Project Management team.
Conduct weekly warranty meeting with Project Support Team
(Project Managers, Purchasing Manager).
Proactively collect, track, and manage all company warranty claims and related processes.
Coordinate all warranty installations.
Providing as needed logistics and administrative assistance to Project Managers.
Travel as needed to project locations to perform job functions.
Interacts with others in a positive manner and demonstrates a high level of integrity.
Meets work deadlines and engages in appropriate work related tasks without being prompted.
Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Respectfully takes direction from manager.
Other duties as assigned.
May directly supervise administrative project employees.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization' s
policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring,
and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising
performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with project management coordination, contracting, or construction preferred.
Effective communication skills.
