Explain safety program to field employees and trade contractors, and make sure they follow it.
Explain quality control standards and enforce their implementation. Make sure homes are build to quality standards. Strive for no-defect construction.
Order materials and supplies, pre-approved by the corporate office, and schedule deliveries. Receive, inspect, and verify all deliveries.

Direct Trade Contractors and Suppliers to ensure projects are completed according to checklist and schedule.
Keep construction manager informed of each home' s production status prior to construction manager s weekly meeting. Update schedule as necessary.
Audit and approve vendors' and trade contractors' invoices. Review Invoices and inquire about differences in actual cost.
Communicate with customers on jobsites. Answer their questions and ensure that construction meets their expectations.
Conduct pre-closing walk-throughs with customers. Coordinate punch list work.
Schedule warranty service work with homeowners, field personnel, and trade contractors. After repairs are complete, conduct another inspection to make sure the repairs meet the company s quality standards and the homeowner is satisfied.
