I am conducting a search for an exceptionally talented sales professional located in the Kansas City area to join my client' s national sales team. The position is an individual contributor role and is charged with new business development and deepening account relationships in the greater KC market.



Profile:

The role is responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing an account entry strategy, conducting the prospecting campaign, developing relationships and understanding the customer s critical business strategies, then working with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute a solution to achieve the customer s business objectives. Successful candidates understand the need to build a broad understanding of their client s needs through relationships at the executive level and specifically a willingness to listen first and clearly understand a client s needs before making recommendations about ways they might be able to assist the client.




Position Requirements:
  • 4+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience selling to mid-size (500+ employees) companies.
  • Experience managing sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • HR sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience is a face to face (not phone) sales capacity is a must.



Compensation Opportunity:

Compensation is not capped and is based on your performance. Base salary plus commission tied to existing account base and any account revenue.

1st year income is $70K - $90K+, 2nd year income range is $90K - 115K. Top producers in the company with several years of experience = $200K+
