Our client is a privately owned, fast growing material handling, commercial truck, human resources and fleet management company with offices across California - Union City, Salinas, Stockton, Modesto and Sacramento, and a branch in Reno, NV.

Company specializes in selling, leasing and rentals, new and used forklift trucks, allied equipment and provides parts and service support, OSHA and other training products, staffing, and fleet management services. Company prides itself in world-class customer service and top of the line equipment and servicing.

Currently looking for Account Managers to grow our business and market share in Union City, Modesto, Salinas, Stockton, and Sacramento, CA. Prospective individual will sell our products and services in the materials handling industry which include lift trucks, maintenance programs and aftermarket products. Dynamic individual will be provided a book of assigned accounts. Expectations include but not limited to:

Increase market share by:

Attain 48% participation from assigned accounts and 30% closure

Call on the right accounts, high volume, high margin

Minimum of two face to face meetings daily

Minimum of four quotes per week; meet quota

Effective use of CRM: input, keep current and maintain marketing and forecast data


Professional Sales Training; College education

Minimum 3 years sales experience;

- preferably b2b industrial, capital equipment

Driven individual, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Business to business sales skills including prospecting, qualifying, needs analysis, consultative proposal preparation and delivery to groups and one-on-one, closing,

Computer savvy - use of a CRM system, database

Good organizational and planning skills
