We have a very exciting tech client looking to hire in Redwood City! Their software helps companies engage their workforce by streamlining internal communication and forging employee connections. It has been proven to improve productivity, increase employee engagement, and reduce turnover. This solution caters to the Modern Worker and 92% of companies fall under this umbrella! This would be a hybrid role of inbound and outbound sales due to how much foot traffic the company is already bringing in due to the marketing team. They will be grooming this person to eventually become an Account Executive, they want to promote from within!

  • Work closely with your sales counterpart to create opportunities while learning our sales methodology and process.
  • Develop and implement strategic territory plan to ensure the company exceeds its revenue objectives.
  • Communication- Tailors communication to the customer s needs with confidence as well as effectively communicate deal progress internally.
  • Social Selling- Identifies the right customer stakeholders and builds connections quickly to drive consensus for deals; works cooperatively with internal team for deal success.
  • Competitive- relentless drive to achieve results while supporting the team
