Sales Development Representative

CulverCareers is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team. We are looking for an energetic person to help define who we are -- an individual who enjoy the fast pace of an autonomous position who is passionate about developing not only their own career, but also the careers of others! You will be trained from the ground up on how to successfully recruit business professionals as well as how identify and develop new clients.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for the delivery of high quality professional level candidates for multiple functional areas by utilizing business intelligence, strategic sourcing methodologies, internal networks, technology tools, professional organizations, and branding initiatives in support of strategic business objectives and in partnership with hiring authorities and HR business partners.
Additional points of daily responsibility will include:
--Participating in client outreach representing Culver s unique value in a professional and compelling way, thus establishing credibility with clients through expertise
--Providing active participation in strategy meetings.
--Responsible for sourcing expertise and recommendations for recruitment strategy
--Responsible for developing a strong network and pipeline of candidates
--In addition to the sourcing of talent, the Culver Recruiter will manage the candidate pool for open and active requisitions to include: candidate generation, networking within industry and function, utilization of social media, targeting competitors, etc.

Previous sales/ customer service experience
