Join this " innovative" and " progressive" niche-oriented international Pharmaceutical company as their next District Sales Manager in the New York City metro area. You will be managing a team of 8 Rep' s in covering this " high volume" & " high impact" region. Each rep has their own territory (no team or pods) - much easier to manage and they will be selling to Specialists.

Experience Desired:



-BA/BS Degree; Master' s or MBA preferred.



-3 years-8 years+ of successful Sales Management experience in the pharmaceutical industry (prefer Specialty DSM experience), Medical Device or Dental sales industry.

-The ideal candidate will have earned several promotions (i.E. Training Manager; Sales Anyalyst; Marketing Busness Analyst; DSM) throughout their career.

-President' s Club Award Winner; Top 25%-33% performer nationwide in 2017, 2016 & 2015; a History of promoting people.

-Strong Business Acumen

-Candidates who may have a couple of other career moves in them long-term.
