Strategic Account Manager
We are a worldwide leader in providing SOLIDWORKS solutions in the 3D mechanical engineering software market and we are looking for Challenger mentality sales professionals to join our Strategic Accounts team. Our Strategic Accounts position is reserved for our top sales reps who understand how to engage customers with insight and planning to bring real value and maximize the potential of our client relationships.
This position will be located in our Redmond WA office, but is open to those willing
to relocate or travel a minimum of 1 week per month.
We are looking for candidates with strong account management skills, a proven ability
to get high and wide in medium to large accounts, and an awe inspiring work
ethic. We ll provide the technical training necessary for your success and
professional growth, you bring the drive to exceed quota and a need to be a top producer. Ideal candidates excel at booking customer meetings, have a knack for asking the
right questions, strong presentation skills in front of groups, and are able to challenge the status quo. Manage a book of around 75 accounts
Call and email across an organization to set your own meetings
Introducing, demonstrating, and selling our software solutions to upper management and the C-suite
Provide clear ROI presentations for customers around higher dollar solutions
Document our efforts in our CRM and through the creation of account plans and org charts so that we can track our progress and expansion through an organization
Key Performance Indicators
Minimum 8-12 onsite customer meetings per month
All customers contacted every 90 days
Creation and maintaining of Account Plans
New contacts and new locations discovered and entered in CRM
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Base salary of $65, 000 + uncapped commission
- On target earnings of $180, 000 at minimum quota
