Territory Sales Representative

One of San Diego s most established and respected beverage service companies is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for establishing new business and maintaining a portfolio of existing clients.
Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for:
Establishing new beverage accounts with businesses throughout San Diego County.
Generate new business leads through cold calling, utilizing contact database and through personal networking activities and referrals.
Visit prospects to further qualify opportunity and present products and service.
Visit existing clients at least once per quarter, and use as a source of referrals.
Follow up on incoming leads.
Actively work all assigned target accounts, updating internal system regularly.
Conduct on-site tastings with prospects as requested and qualified.
Regularly seek referrals from current customers and prospects.
Take responsibility for staging and participating in outside special events as needed.
Actively participates in professional sales training and applies training principles to selling process.
2-5 years previous outside sales experience, preferably in San Diego County.
Demonstrated ability to exceed quotas.
Demonstrated ability to network, build relationships and close business.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as experience with CRM software.
