You will have complete ownership of your own territory and pioneer deals with new and current clients.
Our client is a manufacturing company specializing in precision machined components. They can customize parts for any industry and complete projects quickly without sacrificing quality. Secondary services offered include broaching, milling, drilling and threading as well as outside services of heat treating, grinding, plating and powder coating.

Responsibilities:
Technical sales to new and existing customers
Combination of inside and outside sales in a Midwest territory
The ability to travel within the region is ideal
Handling the sales cycle from prospect to close
Requirements:
Previous B2B sales experience is required. Knowledge of CNC machines, lathes, mills and multi-spindle screw machines is strongly preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude is a plus
Previous B2B industrial sales experience with a track record of self-initiated & sustained sales success
Experience maintaining regular communication with key customers
Skills with quoting, sales presentations and writing skills
Listening skills to identify customer requirements and expectations and create meaningful partnerships with accounts
Having the ability to take initiative, work with limited direction and influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook.
Must reside within the greater Cedar Rapids, IA area or be prepared to relocate.
Compensation and Benefits:
$65, 000 - $85, 000 base salary plus bonus (commensurate with experience)
