Utilize innovative sourcing tools to find both
active and passive candidates
Engage with potential clients in an outside
sales environment
Prospect for new accounts via phone and in
person in a protected territory
Your background likely includes:
BS/BA Degree
1 5 years of experience in sales or tech recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication
skills
Strong customer service and a high level of
professionalism
Work history of meeting and exceeding individual and team goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Compensation and Benefits:
$45, 000-$55, 000 base salary
