About Our Client:
Our client is a trailblazer in the commercial laundry industry, renowned for their innovative solutions and market leadership. Sell state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly equipment that saves clients up to 40% on energy bills and helps investors and business owners maximize their returns.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads via phone, email, and in-person
Schedule and track sales appointments and activities
Promote products/services to new and existing customers
Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers
Close sales with exceptional customer service and salesmanship
Develop and implement strategies for effective sales closing
Source and develop client referrals
Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales, providing biweekly updates
Meet or exceed monthly/yearly sales goals
Participate in industry trade shows and events as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-5 years of sales experience with a successful track record
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Strong customer relationship management skills
Highly self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
Valid driver s license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and reliable personal vehicle
Compensation & Benefits:
$65, 000 - $85, 000 base salary plus uncapped commission
Minimum first-year earnings of $120, 000-$150, 000 at minimum quota
Guaranteed commissions for the first six months
$500/month car allowance
Company credit card for client entertainment and expenses
Full benefits package including 401(k) retirement plan
