Outside Sales Representative

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Sales Representative, you will have the exciting opportunity to be involved in building the business from the ground up. You will help to not only develop the customer base to increase sales for the company, but also be a part of the team that builds the brand as the preferred mosquito mitigation company in Georgia. Just as important, we want you to HAVE FUN!
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate s or higher preferred.
Responsibilities:
Contact prospective homeowners and businesses to generate new sales and achieve established company sales goals
Explain our products and services to current and potential customers
Schedule sales appointments with customers to engage them in the pest mitigation process by thoroughly explaining our services and the expectations of the procedures to be applied
Perform inspections on the customer s property to determine the best integrated pest management strategy to address their mosquito concerns
Build long lasting customer relationships and partnerships within the community
Effectively answer any questions and provide thorough details to potential customers and complete all service-related documentation upon completion of visit at residence
Participate in regular business meetings to communicate sales goals and plans for growth
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Other activities that increase the overall customer experience!
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Excellent customer service skills in addition to exceptional oral communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build long lasting relationships with customers
- Trustworthiness, customer-focused, and community-focused at all times
- Dependability and a high level of independence
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Desire for continuous growth and learning opportunities
Preferences:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Associate s degree or higher
Compensation:
Salary plus commission for full-time
