Product Engineering Trainee




First Year Income ~$78K to $80K.




Job Summary



Manage optimal product release process through all relevant product literature development. Orchestrate product-related training' s for the purpose of maximizing sales. Identify business opportunities through industry, product application, and/or competitive situation research and analysis. Possess strong communication skill including public speaking skill. Demonstrate excellent prioritization and attention to details



Principal duties and tasks



Develop, proofread, and modify all new product release materials such as product literature,

technical and sales manual, training manual through the coordination with the parent company



Plan, design, develop, and deliver trainings on existing and new products, applications, and

competitive information for salespeople including both new hires and incumbents



Update manuals for existing products training



Research and analyze trends of both existing and emerging customer industries, successful

product applications, and competitive information in order to maximize the exposure of companies products to the market.



Develop, update, and disseminate technical guides and tips in order to increase the knowledge and skill level of the sales force via company intranet and/or electronic newsletters



Conduct product application testing for salespeople



Travel to trade-show sites, internal regional conferences, and/or sales offices for marketing and training activities



Support division management to develop and implement optimal divisional strategies including new product release and potential new product development through sound analysis of both internal sales trend and external market conditions



Provide product and application support for customers and salespeople



May assist salespeople with on-site presentations to customers, as needed



Proactively identify areas to improve department operation efficiency and initiate projects to

achieve such improvements



Understand and observe company / department policies and procedures



Other duties or projects, as assigned



Qualifications



High degree of attention to detail



Strong public speaking skill



Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simplified fashion



Ability to organize and prioritize diverse set of projects, tasks, and activities for timely completion



Analytical skill to identify the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts



Ability to continuously come up with creative market development ideas



Proficient business writing and oral communication skills



Knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint



Integrity job requires appropriate handling of confidential, sensitive information




Typical Experience:

Bachelor s degree in engineering, or STEM major
