Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Team Manager located in the San Francisco area to join our client' s leadership team. This company focuses on providing permanent, contract, and executive search recruitment solutions to the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics sectors. Profile:

In this role you will recruit, manage and develop a highly engaged and productive sales team, encouraging a service-led approach to understanding and delivering to the needs of our clients and candidates; ensuring delivery of sales targets and consistent revenue growth, while maintaining personal business contribution.



Position Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of team management experience in the recruiting field.
  • Previous experience of meeting / exceeding agreed performance standards.
  • Previous experience of negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Proven role model of professionalism and company values.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks & projects.
  • Ability to engage, manage and develop diverse sales teams.
  • Ability to recruit talent and successfully onboard and induct new recruits.
  • Ability to make commercial decisions to improve service, performance and profitability
  • A high level of enthusiasm for building the business and the capacity to overcome obstacles.

Compensation Opportunity:
  • $75K base salary plus commission- 1sy year OTE: $150K
  • Additional benefits: Medical, dental, vision, short term and long term disability, life insurance, commuter benefits, and 401K.
