The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growing, training and managing a passionate team of Independent Representatives that will promote our products to dealers and end-users throughout the eastern half of the US. This role also assists with creating the marketing message and tools needed for this sales channel, works with the Customer Service Representatives to ensure timely and accurate quoting and resolve any quote related issues and collaborates with the team on new product creation and roll out.
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction ratings and suggest improvements as necessary to maintain reputation for excellence in the market.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES BUILDING REP NETWORK Lead all efforts to generate profitable sales of all products through the Dealer channel Identify, interview and select potential Reps in markets through the country to ensure adequate coverage nationwide. Recommend to CEO for final approval. Create and ensure execution of Rep Agreement for all new Reps, make modifications as necessary Conceive of and execute all new Rep training, including determining best method to accomplish training, tools needed and organizing timing of such Coordinate and approve Rep samples as necessary and ensure the appropriate tracking mechanism is in place Participate in sales calls with Reps as necessary
Up to $100k base salary plus commission
