Key Responsibilities

Develop sufficient number of prospects through direct cold calling efforts, third party referrals (banks, insurance brokers, etc.), trade associations and other sources.

Utilize consultative sales techniques to manage entire sales cycle including; understanding prospect s business needs, obtaining and submitting a complete application, identifying prospect s key accounts and converting the application to a policy.

Manage a book of business that will come from the policies the Agent sells. Day to day administrative, customer service and renewing of accounts annually.

Work with internal stakeholders in Commercial, Risk and Customer Experience to provide the best product offerings to prospective and existing client base.

Key Experience

Strong Business Acumen and ability to engage in a consultative sales process with C-Level decision makers.

Demonstrated track record of achievement in selling financial products and business services to CEO s and/or CFO s.

Proven ability to sell a conceptual product that does not have wide market utilization

Key Skills

Ability to convince, motivate and influence internal stakeholders.

Strong negotiation skills.

Tenacity and ability to work in high performance sales environments.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Understanding of business financials and credit basics.
