Our client is a leading distributor of Restaurant Equipment and supplies in Orange County. Looking to hire a Full time Sales candidate. The ultimate goal is to develop good working relationships within the market, sell our products which ultimately will be ordered by end users and through our dealer community, and enhance profits. This individual is the direct point of contact and in charge of ensuring a Best in Class customer experience.
Sales Rep is responsible to generate leads, hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer and factory needs.
Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person.
Researches customer s individual or business purchase needs.
Serves existing customers by optimizing current purchase plan and delivering a comprehensive Best in Class service.
Form new and continue existing relationships with companies in the customer database by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing questions and issues as they arise.
Inform management about sales figures, goals, obstacles and purchase actions. .
- Completes market research and monitors competitor activity.
- Inputs accurate and complete documentation in the Company data base.
Know products thoroughly in order to guide the customers through the purchase process efficiently and satisfactorily.
Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions by attending product training, factory workshops, reviewing professional publications and price books, and industry requirements.
Present information about company offerings during trade shows or other large events to potential customers.
Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability.
