This role is an Outside Sales Representative role in selling their Energy & Renewable services to a wide variety of different business sectors including Property Management/Multi-Family Segment; Commercial Buildings; Healthcare (i.E.Hospitals & Assisted Living Facilities); Manufacturing; Food & Beverage production; Hospitality; Biotech; Private Education




Once you open an account it is yours to develop and cultivate.

-$72, 000 Base Salary + $33, 000 Ramp Up Salary/Guarantee during training + Commission ~$40, 000-$50, 000 + Company Car (Hybrid) + Parking + Microsoft Surface + Cell Phone + Comprehensive Benefits Package (90% Medical); $140, 000-$160, 000 in year #1 ~$180, 000 - 2nd year; $200, 000> in year #3. Top earners in the Bay Area are making $300, 000+.




Experience Desired:




-BA/BS Degree; MBA a plus

-5 years--10 years++ of successful outside sales experience. Backgrounds desired would include Payroll services; Uniform Rental Services; Facility Services; Fleet Leasing; Commercial Real Estate; Software Sales; Office Products - Major Account roles.

-A strong track record of sales success year-over-year (i.E. Top 10%-20% nationally; President' s Club Awards).

-A Trusted Adviser or Strategic Partner to your accounts vs. A typical sales representative.

-Excellent in Excel.

-Stable -- Solid reasons for leaving current and past roles.

-Excellent analytical skills.
