Exciting opportunity with a terrific company looking for a Territory Manager for a greater Napa/Sonoma territory. Our client is a very well established, industry leading arbor care firm offering tremendous long-term career prospects.
You will enjoy their environmentally conscious way of doing business and love their unique, team oriented company culture. You will work out of your home office and in the field on client sites with customers ranging from wineries, to property management firms to HOA boards to general commercial business. The position is now open due to an internal promotion, so you will be taking over a substantial book of business, but of course hunting down new accounts as well.
We are targeting a starting base salary in the $90-95k range (negotiable based on experience), with an expected bonus structure to add about $60k year one. The bonus plan is uncapped, and our client' s top rep earned $150k+ in bonuses alone this year. You will have the option of a car allowance or a company vehicle + a gas card. Your compensation plan also includes a strong benefits package.
Ideal candidate will have strong experience in the arbor care field.
