Job Description


I am working on a Sales Representative expansion opportunity the Kansas City, KS metro area with a very innovative and progress Dental Sales organization. This territory will include the state of Kansas and involve windshield time and a couple of overnights per month.




The ideal location to live will be in the Kansas City metro area or in Topeka, KS.




You will be selling in the office setting vs. The hospital setting, allowing you more time to sell with decision makers & their staff members. You will be selling to both established accounts (40%) and prospecting (60%) for new business.

Experience Desired:

-BA/BS Degree - Life Science Degree is a plus. Activities/Leadership on campus: NCAA Sports; Candidates who worked through college a plus.

-3 years-8 years+ of successful outside sales experience with year-over-year track record of sales success (Quota Attainment percentage; Top 10%-20% sales rankings; Rookie of the Year; President' s Club Award' s).

-Dental Sales experience is the preferred choice of background with Medical Sales being the secondary choice.

-Business-to-Business sales from a Fortune 1000 company or a firm with a great sales training program is another choice of experience.

-A " Hunter Mentality" to generate new business, but also strong at account development/management to grow your existing accounts.

-$$$ motivated - Rep' s that enjoy setting high financial goals to obtain.
