Job Description














Vice President of Sales opportunity for a very progressive and innovative biotech organization that may fit your short-term and long-term career goals and needs.




My client can offer you:




-A chance to build this client' s first Sales Team this year including Regional Sales Managers (2), District Sales Managers (7-8) and Sales Representatives (~60-70 Rep' s)

-A product line that is in the Rare Disease or Orphan Disease space.

-An initial product launch for the first half of 2021.

-To be an active member of the Commercial Management Team (i.E. Marketing; Commercial Analytics & Operations; Market Access; Medical Affairs) in formulating strategies and programs.

-You will partner with Commercial Analytics & Operations along with HR in designing an incentive plan.

-Planning and executing sales training, sales meetings and POA' s

-$265, 000-$285, 000 Base Salary + Bonus & a comprehensive benefits package.




The ideal candidate will have:

-Bachelor of Science Degree; Preferably a Master' s Degree or MBA

-8-10 years of Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales preferably in rare disease or orphan drug arenas.

-Experience in building a sales force from scratch.

-Experience in developing and launch strategies for a sizeable Biotech or Pharmaceutical product in the U.S. Marketplace (ideally $500, 000 in revenue).

-A strong history of success and promotions. Any HQ experience a plus.

-A very empowered and entrepreneur mindset.
